N2 - Statistical structural properties of growing social network model were discussed. In the model the newly added node had selected its possible partners from the existing networks and joined them by undirected edges. Exponential dependence on the age of a node was shown by the explicit description of the expected numbers of edges. The generated networks had scale-free distribution at the phase transition point as suggested by numerical simulations.
