Abstract (may include machine translation)
While the pharmaceutical industry follows the established trends of capitalist production and business, it often acts as a successful seducer of doctors. This raises ethical questions in the long term. To avoid conflicts of interest, a certain self-protective reflex should be in operation, but this is only belatedly and controversially coming to life in medical circles. It is now quite clear that the relationship between the pharmaceutical industry and medicine has changed considerably over the last twenty years. This paper will outline the problem and then look for solutions based on 'zero tolerance' and transparency.
