Abstract (may include machine translation)
A baráti, szocialista német állam egyik legnagyobb kereskedelmi partnerünk. Gazdálkodási, tervezési rendszere, amely természetesen befolyásolja kapcsolataink hatékony fejlesztését, az utóbbi 10—12 évben számos ponton változott. A cikk történeti fejlődésében tekinti át az NDK gazdasági mechanizmusának fejlődését. A hatvanas évek végének — jórészt az úgynevezett struktúrapolitika által kiváltott — egyensúlyi gondjaira reagálva egyre nagyobb szerepet nyertek a különböző naturális mutatók és a kötelező előírások. Ezeknek a szerepe az évtized számos gazdasági változtatása közben is meghatározó maradt. A világgazdaság megnehezült versenyfeltételeihez az NDK alapvetően a nagy középirányító szervezetek, a kombinátok kialakításával kíván alkalmazkodni. A termelői árrendszer továbbra is a tényleges ágazati átlagköltségek elismerésén alapul, vagyis autark marad, a világpiaci árakat nem kívánják automatikusan begyűrűztetni. A fogyasztói árak kialakításában azonban a korábbinál rugalmasabb gyakorlat kialakítása várható.
The friendly, socialist German state is one of our biggest trading partners. Its management and planning system, which naturally influences the effective development of our relations, has changed in many ways over the last 10-12 years. This article reviews the historical development of the GDR's economic mechanism. In response to the imbalances of the late 1960s, largely triggered by the so-called structural policy, various natural indicators and compulsory regulations have played an increasing role. Their role remained decisive throughout the many economic changes of the decade. The GDR is seeking to adapt to the tougher competitive conditions in the world economy essentially by creating large centrally controlled organisations, the Kombinats. The producer price system remains based on the recognition of actual average costs in the sector, i.e. it remains autarkic and does not seek to automatically reflect world market prices. However, a more flexible approach to consumer price formation than in the past is expected.
