Abstract (may include machine translation)

The author has informed us of the following corrections to the published article. In Section II, the following sentence is inaccurate: "The Court could have opted for a narrative that excluded such a myth-after all, social benefits were available in Sweden, Ms. Dano's country." (p. 175) It should read: "The Court could have opted for a narrative that excluded such a myth-especially if social benefits were available in Romania, Ms. Dano's country." The reference in footnote 203 is incorrect. The text containing the footnote reads: "Considering that the "unemployment of a parent is already a factor that has a harmful impact on children," and that such restriction "makes their position even more difficult,"203 the Committee insisted on the fact:" (p. 195) The correct citation is: 203. Central Union for Child Welfare (CUCW) v. Finland, Complaint No. 139/2016, 71 (Sept. 11, 2019), https://hudoc.esc.coe.int/.
