Abstract (may include machine translation)
Drawing attention to neglected emerging markets of Central and Eastern Europe which
need assistance in creating a growth-boosting corporate governance culture - examples
taken from Hungary and Serbia - inconsistencies and dilemmas which plague or prevent
efficient corporate governance from existing - corporate governance could gain from
focusing more on these countries - could contribute to efforts to build a working
market economy.
