megvalósítójaként ismert, de hazánkban nemigen létező hedge fund- ok, azaz fedezeti alapok
világáról írt könyvet a jeles szerző?- merülhet fel a jogos kérdés az avatatlan olvasóban. Már az
elején megnyugtathatjuk: nem erről van szó. Bod Péter Ákos szokása szerint a magyar
valósághoz közvetlenebbül kötődő, és nem utolsó sorban más szerzők által eképp nem gondozott
témát dolgozott fel legújabb kötetében is. Az „alapok” a címben nem a befektetési, vagy a
közpénzügyekben használatos „elkülönített alapok” – mint mondjuk az autópályák karbantartását
szolgáló útalap – értelmében szerepel. Inkább a német nyelvben Grundsaetze, az angol
