Abstract (may include machine translation)

The Berlin Summit of the European Union has met to conclude the debates on the .Agenda 2000” package of reforms and to set the course of the Community’s development. The package consists of four main elements: the clarification of issues relating to the funding of the accession process, the common agricultural policy, the structural and cohesion funds to provide help to the closing up of the backward regions and the adoption of measures aimed at reforming the internal sources of common budget. In its all-round inquiry the editorial board of Európai Tükör was interested in knowing how the persons polled assessed the impact of the Berlin Summit from a Hungarian point of view.
