Abstract (may include machine translation)

The goal of the science of success is to explore in a quantitative manner the processes and behaviors through which some individuals attain success. The central tenet of the discipline is the distinction between performance, an individual measure of behavior, and success, a collective measure capturing the societal acknowledgement of an individual's performance.
