Abstract (may include machine translation)

Recall the famous French example of abuse of rights: the building of a tall dummy chimney for the spiteful purpose of blocking a neighbor's light. Imagine a minaret or a bell tower in place of the chimney. There might be good, though not compelling reasons to build the minaret or bell tower at that site. Does the claim that the use of a right serves the free exercise of religion immunize the use against claims of abuse?
