Abstract (may include machine translation)
The author attempts at placing the decisions of the June, 1984 Moscow Summit in a historical perspective. He summarizes the major stages of CMEA cooperation in 35 years, then he turns to the analysis of the Summit documents proper. He interprets the major decisions against the background of the international discussions preceeding the Summit, as well as against the current issues under consideration in the course of coordination of macroeconomic plans for 1986—90.
