Критикуя неопределенность венгерских конституционных норм, связанных с защитой социальных прав, автор констатирует существование нестабильности в их судебной интерпретации. В этих условиях конституционное правосудие выступает основным инструментом конкретизации социального законодательства. В работе рас- сматриваются различные судебные решения в данной области и указывается на необходимость дальнейшего развития теории судебной интерпретации и обеспечения предсказуемости судебной практики.
