Research interests

My research focuses on international economic law, international dispute settlement, legal theory, and sociological approaches to global governance. My first book, The Everyday Makers of International Law (CUP 2022), explores the socio-professional dynamics of the international legal community and assesses their impact on the rulings of international courts and tribunals.

In 2015, UN member states agreed to 17 global Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) to end poverty, protect the planet and ensure prosperity for all. This person’s work contributes towards the following SDG(s):
