Research interests

Her research focuses on social movements for environmental and social justice, including Environmental Justice in Central and Eastern Europe (CEE), anti-fracking movements (and other movements related to resource extraction), the Occupy movement, and Climate Justice. Using predominantly qualitative or mixed research methods, she explores in particular how movements garner or deter support based on how they conceptualise the focus of their efforts.
