Research interests

Maite Deambrosi is a postdoctoral researcher at Central European University and holds a Ph.D. in Economics from the University of Zurich. As an applied behavioral economist, she employs both lab and field experiments to uncover how misperceptions and cognitive biases shape choices and economic outcomes. In particular, she investigates barriers to optimal decision-making in the context of human capital investments and marriage market choices.
