    Research interests

    Kris Orszaghova is a Visiting Professor at the Department of Gender Studies,Central European University in Vienna. They hold an MA in Artistic Research from HKU University of the Arts Utrecht and a Doctorate in Sociology from the Faculty of Social Sciences at Charles University in Prague. They are a co-founder of the Bratislava BAK Summer School, an extended program of the BAK Summer School that brings together practitioners involved in arts, academia, and social action to collectively think through, generate, and invigorate critical artistic practices that work to grasp and intervene into the present. Their teaching posts and experiences include the Academy of Fine Arts and Design in Bratislava and the Faculty of Social Sciences, Charles University in Prague. Their research interests are: gender and sports; subculture and cultural studies; visual arts, design and technology.
