    Research interests

From a young age, her fascination with science and the natural world ignited a passion that would shape her career trajectory. As she grew, this passion evolved into a commitment to environmental stewardship, leading her to immerse herself in diverse conservation projects and pursue studies in the life sciences.

Graduating as an environmental researcher, she embarked on a journey of discovery that ultimately led her to enroll in the Doctoral School of Biology. Throughout her doctoral studies, she became acutely aware of the communication gap that often exists between scientists and society, particularly evident in the recent discourse surrounding the pandemic and vaccines.

Driven by a desire to bridge this divide, she expanded her interests to include communication projects spanning various mediums such as conference organization, citizen science initiatives, and engagement through social media, television, and podcasts. This newfound focus allowed her to translate complex scientific findings into accessible narratives, empowering individuals with a deeper understanding of the significance and workings of science.

In tandem with her academic pursuits, she took on the role of Teaching Assistant and Research Assistant under the mentorship of Prof. Ürge-Vorsatz, a distinguished Professor at CEU and Vice-Chair of the IPCC. This role provided her with invaluable experience and insights, further solidifying her position as a bridge between researchers and the broader community.

Armed with her strong management skills and a solid scientific foundation, she remains dedicated to making a positive impact on the world. While her journey continues to evolve, she holds steadfast to her belief that fieldwork will always remain at the core of her endeavors. :)
