Research interests

Brandon P. Anthony is a Professor in the Environmental Sciences and Policy Department at Central European University (CEU), based in Budapest and Vienna. Prior to joining CEU, he served as an advisor to the Hungarian Nature Conservation Institute and worked as a park supervisor and agricultural habitat biologist in Canada. His research has taken him across North America, Africa, and Eurasia, focusing on nature conservation, human-wildlife conflict, protected area management, community livelihoods, and amphibian ecology.
