GTI Hungarian Public Procurement dataset

This dataset presents detailed contract-level information on public procurement in Hungary, covering 82,590 contracts awarded between 2012 and 2020. The data has been collected and structured to facilitate research on procurement processes, including to better understand limited competition. It captures a wide range of textual and structural features relevant for predicting limited competition.
