It covers program expectations, takes students through the entire process of writing the thesis from the stage of generating ideas and possible topics to finding a supervisor, writing and presenting the thesis proposal and writing the undergraduate thesis. It also provides guidance on how to structure the thesis and meet academic standards, including the effective use of sources within a thesis. The class introduces students with the help of library professionals to the many different services - in-person and electronic - they have access to at CEU. Students learn and are encouraged to use bibliographical software to help their writing.
