Aim & Background

This course introduces master's students to the study of sustainable energy transitions, focusing on how societies move from fossil-based to low-carbon energy systems. It provides a conceptual and analytical foundation for understanding the dynamics of technological change, the role of political institutions, and the influence of market factors.
