During our interactive class meetings, we will examine this versatile "field" and the general lifecycle of DH projects: we will critically analyze and reflect on the theory and logic, as well as the advantages and limitations of DH methods based upon the relevant existing scholarship. The goal here will be to provide a solid context and knowledge base, while also exploring the kind of intellectual approach that this novel research methodology and "system of skills" represents.
