https://at-ceu.studyguide.timeedit.net/modules/DOPP5666?type=COREThis course provides an intensive introduction to IR theories. Its purpose is to give students an intensive orientation in, and to explore a part, of the vastness of the archive that contains both major and minor knowledges, vocabularies and intellectual resources to make global politics thinkable and to problematize it in different ways. As well as examining approaches to IR that are familiar in the 'Western canon', this course will explore a global approach to the study of IR in a changing world. The AY 2025-26 iteration will be in two parts: Part I is dedicated to establishing conceptual foundations and Part II will follow up in more advanced depth.
