The course will explore the advantages and limits of international judicial cooperation through the lens of the European system. The course will allow first-hand insight into the operation of the European Court of Human Rights and into judicial decision-making from numerous perspectives (from the bench as well as from the Registry). Organized in Strasbourg, at the seat of the European Court of Human Rights, the course is open to a select group of students.
