We will seek to together define the meanings of these keywords, as well as recognize how they structure key debates that can help us understand the future. This is a mandatory foundational class through which we both set a common baseline for incoming students to understand the diversity of topics and approaches used in the Department of Environmental Sciences and Policy and allow them to begin to choose relevant specializations.
