    Aim & Background

    The objective of this course is to provide students with standard graduate-level microeconomic tools.In the first half of the course, we will cover consumer choice, demand theory, expected utility theory, producer theory, competitive markets, public goods, externalities, market power, and general equilibrium. In the second half, we will cover core concepts in game theory, including dominant strategies, Nash and Subgame Perfect Equilibrium, as well as games of asymmetric information.
